Accounts

You can manage your account settings conveniently in the browser or with your app. Find below a detailed summary of all settings for web and your FileIt.Online app.

In a desktop web browser

  1. Click the main menu at the top right.
  2. Click Account Settings.
  3. The Account Settings section will open by default.
  • Account
    • Update your personal information.
    • Change your profile image.
  • Manage social login
    • Link or Unlink your social accounts such as facebook, twitter and google.
  • Security
    • Change your password.
    • Change your email address.
    • Export your recovery key.
    • Manage your 2FA settings.
    • View your session history.
  • Delete your account

In a desktop web browser

  1. Click the main menu at the top right.
  2. Click Notifications Icon.
  3. Click Notification Setting or gear icon.
  4. Check or Uncheck email checkbox
  5. Click Update button

In a web browser

  1. Click the main menu at the top right.
  1. Click Account Settings.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Then update profile image
